The Lawns project was introduced as part of the master development plan for District 12 in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai.
The concept envisioned a cluster of low-rise residential buildings, each rising five storeys, designed to deliver practical living spaces at competitive prices within a quiet, family-oriented community offering seamless access to major road networks.
The development was undertaken in different phases by Deyaar, East Coast, and Goldline Real Estate Development, with architectural consultancy provided by a specialized engineering design firm.
The master plan included five buildings named .
The Lawns 1 through The Lawns 5. However, certain phases encountered regulatory and construction challenges that impacted the overall execution timeline.
Strategically located near Al Khail Road, the project benefits from strong connectivity, enhancing its appeal for both end-users and investors seeking opportunities within the Properties for Sale in Dubai segment in a well-serviced residential environment.
District 12 sits at the heart of Jumeirah Village Circle, characterized by a balanced urban fabric combining mid-rise apartment buildings and standalone villas.
This planning approach creates a residential setting that offers privacy and tranquility away from the density of high-rise districts.
The area also enjoys proximity to landscaped parks, community green spaces, and essential daily amenities.
Direct access to Al Khail Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road provides a competitive advantage, particularly for professionals working in Dubai Marina, Dubai Internet City, and Downtown Dubai.
The area also attracts growing interest from investors browsing opportunities on platforms such as Property Finder UAE, reflecting sustained demand within Dubai’s residential market.
